Welcome to papoe! You can learn a little more about me here. I named the blog papoe because it is my daughter Jocelyn's word for her favorite game: peek-a-boo. The post on courage is about my daughter Aja. You can also read more about her birth, from my perspective, in a guest post I wrote for Mamapedia. One of my favorite posts is called A letter I wrote to my girls on this special day. Another is about Jocelyn's hair. Keep in mind that much has changed since that was written. Her hair and I have come to a mutual understanding. We tolerate each other and have agreed to be respectful. That being said, there's an afro that needs taming right now.

I love your About section, I'm stopping by from the party train. And how clear you are about your race, hahaha. About sections are my favorite and most important part of a blog, so good job not making me wonder who I'm reading about or why I'm reading your blog.
