Determination never hurt anyone, but you better watch out for this girl

If Aja could talk I think she would say one of two things.

1) Daddy! Daddy! Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!

Or:

2) I will move hell and high water to get to that lamp, no matter what obstacle you put in my way. I will eat my future young, I will battle the elements, and I will succeed in reaching my goal. She scaled a pillow and crawled through the end table to get her hands on the lamp, where she proceeded to ring it like a bell. She may have learned this from her sister.

Oh, my youngest is cut of the same cloth. He has some serious determination and is fearless, as well. He will climb over anything in his way, no matter how high or unstable. It's exhausting, isn't it?

It's kind of cute - and I agree that this determination will come in handy in the future - but for now, it makes parenting even more of a challenge.
